Mentoring

Introduction

The Omniwomen mentorship programme supports women across Omnicom into leadership positions and allows for personal and professional growth in a safe space once there.

In the UK, we are taking part in the Omniwomen global mentoring programme that centres on developing leadership skills and building confidence. We are connecting women who are in the early stages of their first manager role, or approaching their first senior role, with senior women across the network.

What’s to come

In addition to a number of one-to-one mentorships, we are exploring the idea of running group mentorships with senior mentors and small groups of mentees who might be seeking inspirational guidance and practical advice on all kinds of topics over a year-long programme. We are also looking at senior-level peer-to-peer group mentoring for later in the year.

Getting involved

Interested in getting involved as mentee or mentor? As mentee you would need to be stepping into a manager role, have three years or more of experience, and identify as woman. As mentor you would need to be a senior manager of any gender and have five years or more experience in managing others.

The next cohort of the global mentorship programme will kick off in July. We will shortly start taking applications for mentor and mentees. To get news on when the applictions open, click on the button to sign up as a member of Omniwomen.
