Our 2024 theme
The Shape of You: In a rapidly changing world, driven by technological and societal shifts, the shape of business is constantly evolving. It demands the we flex our leadership approach and in turn how we show up as women, as leaders and as allies. In this changing landscape, how do we stay true to our own identities and embrace the shape of us? Celebrating the ‘Shape of You’ as an individual is the focus and is reflected in our Summit experience.
Who is our headline speaker?
Kate Prince, CEO and Founder of award-winning health and wellness brand Ancient + Brave. Kate will be speaking to us about her experiences of founding her own business and how to deal with the struggles of private equity funding in a male dominated and sexist environment.
What is the format?
A day of panel debates, motivational speakers, break out sessions, tools and methodologies to use after the Summit, a headline speaker, and opportunities to network. The event will be live streamed so that virtual attendance will be possible.

How do I get tickets?
  • The event will be live streamed and you have the option of purchasing tickets for in person or virtual attendance
  • The following ticket bundles are on offer

The Omniwomen Awards

We are marking our 10th anniversary year with the OUKA Awards. 

We would like to celebrate the work and achievements of our Omnicom colleagues – specifically ALL intersections of women, with two Award categories and a further Award which is open to both women and our allies.  

We’ll be publishing 5x shortlisted nominees in each category prior to the Summit. At the Summit we’ll be announcing a Winner and Highly Commended in each category.

Category 1

Up-and-Coming Leader Award 

The Up-and-Coming Leader Award recognises leaders who are early in their career, show outstanding promise and are seen as ‘ones to watch’.  

Who can enter
ALL intersections of women 

Criteria

  • Experience: Nominees should have a minimum of 3 years and less than 10 years of experience in their industry 
  • Leadership: How has this person demonstrated outstanding leadership, initiative, innovation, and contribution to their company, craft and community? 
  • Impact: How is this leader’s contribution already making an impact?
Category 2

Impact Leader Award

The Impact Leader Award recognises leaders who are laser focused on making a positive impact within their company, craft or community. They are unrelenting in their pursuit of always making a difference.  

Who can enter
ALL intersections of women 

Criteria

  • Experience: Nominees should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in their industry  
  • People Impact: How has this leader’s decisions and actions made a positive difference to people (this could be employees, customers, communities, society)? 
  • Business Impact: How has this leader’s decisions and actions made a positive difference to their industry/craft, Omnicom, its clients or other businesses?  
Category 3

Collaborative Leadership Award

The Collaborative Leadership Award recognises leaders who excel in fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment and encourage others to do so.  

Who can enter
ALL intersections of women and our allies. Allies are advocates for those that identify as women and are active in addressing gender inequality. 

Criteria

  • Experience: Nominees should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in their industry  
  • Inclusivity: How has this leader actively promoted a culture of listening to others, where people feel comfortable in speaking up and having their voice heard? 
  • Leadership Effectiveness: How has this leader demonstrated strong leadership skills in being able to inspire and motivate cross collaboration and a team mindset in pursuit of goals and making an impact?

All winners will be announced at the Omniwomen Summit on the 24th of September 2024. Ideally your nominee will be in attendance so please secure a Summit ticket for them. 

Omniwomen Summit 2023

The 2023 Summit took place on Thursday 21 September. The event was held from 09:00 – 17:30 at the PictureHouse Central Piccadilly Circus London W1.

On the day, we dug into personal stories, listened to real-life superhero moments and experienced coaching techniques to empower one another for future leadership. The Summit sessions were centred around the 3 key pillars of this event: authenticity, inclusion, and self-care.

Davina McCall
